Disney just released the 2026 Flower & Garden menus, and we have exciting news – there’s a new festival booth!

Nectar is a new booth for the Flower & Garden Festival 2026. Curious to know what this booth will offer? We’ve got ALL the details right here!

Nectar, Hosted by AdventHealth, will be a brand-new food booth joining the festival this year. Here’s a look at its menu:

Food:

• Tuna Poke Bowl with edamame, avocado, mango, pickled red onions, seaweed salad, furikake, and umami sauce on a bed of sticky rice (New)
• Poke Bowl with edamame, avocado, mango, pickled red onions, seaweed salad, furikake, and umami sauce on a bed of sticky rice (Plant-based), Garden Graze item (New)
• Coconut Panna Cotta with a cherry gelée and matcha crumb topped with a citrus cookie, plant-based meringue, and flower confetti (Plant-based), Garden Graze item (New)

Beverages:

• Frozen Island Escape: Minute Maid Peach and Mango Smoothie featuring an Outshine Frozen Mini Fruit Pop (Non-alcoholic) (New)

We’ll be very interested to try the new festival booth when Flower & Garden opens. In the past, the AdventHealth-sponsored booth was located near the Land Pavilion at a kiosk, which is typically The Land Cart hosted by AdventHealth for our Flower & Garden alums.

Based on the sneak peek previously shared by Disney, it appears this may also be the location of the Nectar booth this year.

We’ve also got some NEW additional locations added for the festival this year, including Block & Hans in the American Adventure Pavilion, Refreshment Station by Coca-Cola, Sunshine Seasons, Yorkshire County Fish Shop, and the Norway Beer Cart.

Norway Beer Cart

There are also some new desserts that we can’t wait to try. The Coconut-Chocolate Flan Bizcocho is a chocolate cake and coconut custard topped with passion fruit caramel. It will be available at the La Isla Fresca booth, which is usually in between the France and Morocco Pavilions.

We’re also excited to try the new Strawberry Basil Lemonade at Beach Grub. It’s Minute Maid Premium Lemonade and strawberry-hibiscus syrup that’s garnished with basil. Last year, the booth was on the walkway between the Imagination Pavilion and the World Showcase.

These new Miso Cola-Glazed Sticky Pork Ribs look so good! They’re pork ribs glazed with miso and Coca-Cola, topped with spicy pickled peppers and peanuts. They’ll be sold at Trowel & Trellis, which is usually between the entrance to World Showcase and the Port of Entry shop.
