Disney World is changing quite a bit these days! The parks are getting a major overhaul, but the crowds are still coming to the parks even while there’s a symphony of construction underway.

Magic Kingdom Crowds
How do we know that? Well, Disney’s most expensive skip-the-line service has sold out multiple days in a row!
Disney’s Premier Pass Lightning Lane is SOLD OUT! Not only is it sold out, but it’s been sold out for an entire week! This is Disney’s highest tier of its skip-the-line service, and it gives you access to every Lightning Lane in your chosen park without needing to book a time for each ride.

If you’re thinking, “wait, isn’t that pretty pricey?” Yes, yes, it is. Prices for Premier Pass range per person per day, depending on the time of year and expected crowds. You can see those price ranges here.

- Disney’s Animal Kingdom: $129-$199 plus tax
- EPCOT: $169-$249 plus tax
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios: $269-$349 plus tax

At the time of writing, Premier Pass is sold out until February 20th, 2026.

Kilimanjaro Safaris Lightning Lane
While we don’t always advocate for the purchase of Premier Pass, we can see how guests would really enjoy the splurge of it. You don’t have to wait in almost any line, there’s no stress over booking, and it can make your day feel luxurious without paying the price for a VIP tour. That being said, those prices are per person, so almost no one would ever say it’s a “deal” during your vacation.

Everest Lightning Lane
If you want to skip the line without paying those prices, you can still use the Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass. Lightning Lane Multi-Pass gives you access to most of the Lightning Lanes in Disney World that you can book in advance. You’re guaranteed at least 3 lines, but you can book more as you use them throughout the day.

These passes can be a great way to save some time in Disney World, but you don’t NEED them to enjoy your park day. Rope dropping is a great way to ride some popular rides without a long wait. You can also stay at the parks and get in line just one minute before the park closes, which is a great way to ride popular rides with lower wait times, or not waste time during your park day.

Rope drop crowds!
