This Popular Disney World Cocktail Class Has Officially Returned!

The Shaken & Stirred Cocktail Series has returned to The Edison in Disney Springs! These intimate, hands-on classes allow guests to “explore premium spirits, learn cocktail-making techniques, and enjoy tastings with a light lunch.” Tickets are now on sale for these classes, and with only 10 spots available per class, you will want to book sooner rather than later.

Shaken & Stirred Cocktail classes will take place on select Saturdays throughout 2026. Each class is led by a private bartender and features a theme. Whether you are a beginner or an enthusiast, you will learn about premium spirits and mixology techniques while enjoying tastings with a light lunch.

Tickets for the Shaken & Stirred Cocktail Series can be booked online, and ticket prices start at $120 (which includes a gratuity of 20%). The first Shaken & Stirred class happened on February 14th, but there are still six more dates to choose from so far!

On March 14th, the class will explore the history and allure behind Irish Whiskey. On April 25th, Shaken & Stirred will celebrate the history behind tiki cocktail culture and the Polynesian pop movement. On May 9th, guests can learn tips and tricks for perfecting the ideal martini.

Next up, on May 23rd, the class will explore frozen cocktails. Then, on June 6th, the class will explore how to use fresh fruits, herbs, and spices to create naturally flavored spirits. Finally, on June 20th, the class will explore regional spirits that define popular drinking cultures. Here is a quick look at all the upcoming Shaken & Stirred classes:

March 14th: Emerald Isles
April 25th: Polynesian Pop!
May 9th: Gin vs. Vodka Core Cocktail
May 23rd: Frozen
June 6th: Infusions
June 20th: Globetrotter

In addition to the Shaken & Stirred Cocktail series, you can also book tickets for The Edison’s Mixology Series. The next Mixology Series is happening on March 19th at 5:30 PM and 8 PM. The Mixology Series features a lineup of cocktails crafted to complement a three-course meal. The March 19th event focuses on cocktails made with Jameson Irish whiskey, paired with Lobster Salad, Pork Chops, and a Warm Apple Irish Whiskey Cake.
