We Are LOSING IT Over This New Disney Souvenir Sneak Peek

World of Frozen in Disneyland Paris opens in just a few weeks on March 29th. It’s part of their new park, Disney Adventure World, which features Frozen’s Arendelle, Marvel’s Avengers Campus, and Worlds of Pixar with Toy Story and Ratatouille.

World of Frozen will have a new boat ride, show, restaurant, and multiple shops. Disneyland Paris’ Instagram just released some pictures of the land, and now we’re even more excited about all the new food!

The new restaurant, Nordic Crowns Tavern, will have Nordic-inspired cuisine. It’s quick-service open for lunch and dinner with a customizable dining experience. The menu will have 16 possible combinations with bases like mashed potatoes or quinoa, proteins such as grilled salmon or Nordic meatballs, seasonal vegetables, and toppings of tangy cranberry or creamy dill sauce.

For dessert options, Nordic Crown Tavern offers blue sorbet, vanilla ice cream, snowflake treats, and traditional pastries. Their Instagram had a new picture of the vanilla ice cream – it’s served in a waffle cone bowl with sprinkles and an Arendelle logo topping. The ice cream and sorbet options look customizable with a waffle cone or cake cone bowl, vanilla ice cream or blue sorbet, snowflake sprinkles in white, blue, or purple, and a decorative topping of the Arenelle logo or Olaf.

Disney also previewed the new snowflake treat! Disney hasn’t released what exactly this is, but it looks like a cake – maybe even a mousse or ice cream cake fitting the frozen treat theme – coated in a hardened vanilla bean frosting. Either way, we can’t wait to dig in!

Disney previously teased Rúna, a baby troll toy sold at the Fjord View Shop. She reacts to touch, blinks her eyes, moves her ears, lights up, communicates with other trolls, and interacts with locations and characters across the land.

We predict that Rúna is hiding some snacks. She’s very large for a toy and has a crossbody strap like the character popcorn buckets across the Disney parks. Last year, Disneyland and Hollywood Studios sold an interactive Mickey Mouse popcorn bucket that could blink, turn its head, and talk to you. This time, Rúna could be an interactive popcorn bucket with the land itself!

World of Frozen will also feature the boat ride Frozen Ever After and a new show with Olaf. You can interact with shopkeeper Oaken and baby troll Mossie around the land, plus personal meet-and-greets with Anna and Elsa. Stay tuned to Disney Food Blog for more World of Frozen news!
