SURPRISE! The Disney Adventure has made its way to Port Canaveral, Florida!
While the ship will officially start sailing out of Singapore, the Disney Cruise Line brought its newest ship to Port Canaveral to show it off, and we were lucky enough to get a first look! Disney says the Adventure will “be packed with immersive experiences and entertainment featuring beloved characters where families can create memories to last a lifetime… without ever leaving the ship!” Let’s take a look at this brand-new ship!
There she is, in all her glory! Early on the morning of Thursday, January 15th, this beauty pulled into Port Canaveral. This time around, we only got to check out the exterior of the ship…
…but Captain Mickey and Captain Minnie were there, which is always a treat! The ship will sail through the Panama Canal, stop in Los Angeles, California, and then head across the Pacific Ocean to Tokyo. It’s going on quite an adventure in the next two months before it reaches Singapore in early March!
The Disney Adventure will set sail on her maiden voyage out of Singapore on March 10th, 2026! It will be the first Disney Cruise Line ship to sail from Singapore’s Marina Bay Cruise Centre and throughout Southeast Asia. The Disney Adventure will primarily offer 3- and 4-night voyages, with no ports of call — the adventure lies on the ship itself!
Disney has called this ship the “biggest adventure yet,” featuring Disney, Pixar, and Marvel stories on board. Presenting seven themed areas, the Adventure will “be packed with immersive experiences and entertainment featuring beloved characters where families can create memories to last a lifetime… without ever leaving the ship!”

The Grand Hall will embody the Disney Treasure’s theme of adventure, with statues and décor that call on the gilded palace and wonder of Agrabah from Walt Disney Animation Studios’ classic tale, “Aladdin.” The space will serve as the ship’s most prominent gathering space and will offer its own dedicated entertainment moments and surprises. We can’t wait to check out the Disney Imagination Garden, which is an “enchanted valley” inspired by more than 100 years’ worth of Disney storytelling, from the Jungle Book’s Mowgli to Moana, and will serve as the central hub of the Disney Adventure! This gathering space will present performances for guests on the open-air Garden Stage.
Disney Discovery Reef will house dining and shopping in an area that is themed to the “nautical worlds” of “The Little Mermaid,” “Lilo & Stitch,” “Finding Nemo,” and “Luca.”
The Wayfinder Bay poolside retreat is complete with some of the ship’s best views! Disney shares that the space is inspired by the Pacific Islands-inspired artistry of Moana.
Town Square is a “fantastical forest” where passengers will find shops, lounges, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The area will draw inspiration from tales such as “Tangled,” “Cinderella,” “Frozen,” “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” “The Princess and the Frog,” and more.
“Avengers Assemble” at Marvel Landing! Located on one of the outside decks, this is where you can meet your favorite Marvel heroes and experience different attractions at sea. We are talking honest-to-goodness RIDES! This area will have three different attractions: Groot Galaxy Spin, Pym Quantum Racers, and Ironcycle Test Run.
The Disney Adventure will offer Disney Cruise Line’s signature Rotational Dining. This means you’ll experience three distinct Main dining restaurants for dinner throughout your voyage, and your servers will rotate with you. Dinner at the Navigator’s Club and Hollywood Spotlight Club will present the “traditions and glamour of the golden age,” along with Disney Character experiences!
Animator’s Palate and Animator’s Table bring Walt Disney’s animation to life as the restaurant transforms from black and white to vibrant color while you dine!
Uniquely, during the day, Enchanted Summer Restaurant and Pixar Market Restaurant will serve buffet meals for Breakfast and Dinner. At night, each will become one of the Rotational Dining experiences.
Premium dining options on the Adventure will include Palo Trattoria and the brand-new Mike & Sulley’s — Flavors of Asia.
You can also stop by a few quick-service restaurants as well, including Gramma Tala’s Kitchen, Mowgli’s Eatery, Stitch’s ‘Ohana Grill, Cosmic Kebabs, and Palo Café.
There will also be a TON of entertainment on the ship, and you can check it all out right here!
We can’t WAIT to explore more of the Disney Adventure cruise ship once it officially sets sail out of Singapore. We’ll be on the lookout for additional updates about the Adventure and Disney Cruise Line, so make sure you stay tuned to the Disney Food Blog for the latest news about Disney and beyond!
