Here at DFB, we take our Disney waffles VERY seriously. Y’all remember how upset we got when they changed the waffles at Sleepy Hollow Refreshments in Magic Kingdom, right? (Fortunately, Disney changed them back). We also will eat our weight in Mickey waffles, if given a choice.

Well, we also love the sweet waffles snacks at Marketplace Snacks in Disney Springs, but something NEW has come to that snack spot. Now, you can get sweet AND savory waffles…and let’s just say that we will be headed to Disney Springs TOMORROW, January 15th, when these new savory waffles drop.
Three new savory waffle snacks coming tomorrow to Marketplace Snacks (which quietly closed recently, and now we know why!), and y’all…they sound amazing. The waffle part of these snacks will stay the same, but they’ll have brand new toppings. First, you can get a Hot Honey Chicken Waffle with fried chicken bites, black pepper candied bacon, spicy pickle slaw, roasted jalapeños, garlic ranch, and chopped parsley.

The Bacon Cheeseburger Waffle sounds like a DREAM with a special blend of ground beef, crispy bacon (we are here for the BACON), cheddar cheese sauce, dill pickles, iceberg lettuce, diced tomato, and burger sauce. Who needs a bun when you can put a burger in a waffle?

But wait, it gets even better. That’s because Marketplace Snacks will also offer a BBQ Brisket Mac and Cheese Waffle with sweet black pepper BBQ sauce, pickled onions, chopped parsley, mac and cheese, and smoky brisket. Okay, we’ll admit that our mouths are already drooling just thinking about these new snacks.

Now, don’t worry, those sweet waffles you love at Marketplace Snacks are still available, too, but we’re excited to try something new at this snack spot. We’ll be checking out the new waffles and getting you our honest reviews, so stay tuned to DFB for more.
