These are the droids you are looking for! If you are a Star Wars fan, a droid fan, or just a collector, we have some exciting news. Something new is coming to the Disney Store and the Disney Parks in just a few days!

If you love droids, these are for you!

Disney Store and Disney Parks just announced a new collection called Droid Factory Friday. This NEW collection officially launches on January 2nd, 2026. Droid Factory Friday is a monthly celebration in which Disney Store and Disney Parks introduce a brand-new Droid Factory figure on the first Friday of each month at 8 AM PT. 

Each droid will feature upgraded, intricate design elements that make the droids perfect for collectors and fans. A character trading card will also be included with each droid. The trading card will feature key details and artwork of the character. The droids are inspired by official Star Wars content, including the films, Disney+ originals, animation, gaming, and publishing.

Starting in January, bonus droid pieces will be included with each monthly release. If you collect all six initial releases, you will be able to assemble your own bonus droid in June.

Here is a peek at the upcoming releases!

• January 2nd at 8 AM PT: R5-K6, inspired by Star Wars: A New Hope

• February 6th at 8 AM PT: CW-24, inspired by The Mandalorian

• March 6th at 8 AM PT: Q2-K2, inspired by The Clone Wars

If you collect all the exclusive droids from January through June (6 in total), you will receive all the bonus pieces you need to build a bonus droid. Here is a peek at the bonus droid:
