Have you ever heard of Dapper Day? It’s a day for Disney fans to enjoy a day at Disney World or Disneyland, all dressed up.

There are many Dapper Day events happening at Disney World and Disneyland in 2026, so you’ll have many chances to join in the fun. However, if you were planning to go for the holiday outing in Disneyland next year, we need to let you know that the date has CHANGED!

Originally, the Holiday 2026 Dapper Day outing was supposed to be on November 15th, 2026. However, we just found out the date has been pushed back! Now, the Holiday 2026 Day event will be held on November 22nd, 2026.

The reason for the date change is quite simple — how could you do a holiday Dapper Day with no holiday decorations up? Disneyland released the information that the holiday decor won’t be up in Disneyland until a few days after the event. So, they decided to change the date of the event — which is a rare change for them to make.

So, now guests can dress up in their best dapper holiday outfit AND get to take photos in front of all the stunning Christmas decorations. It’s a nice change considering the park will be in its holiday glory and that the date is being moved by only a few days. Also, it’s good that they notified us of the change almost a year in advance!

Dapper Day has more to offer than just dressing up. There’s talk of a Pop-Up Holiday Boutique at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel. It’s just in the talking stage right now, and nothing has been guaranteed. In-park meetups will also be posted closer to the date of the event.

If you need a little bit more of a reason to go, you can get special hotel rates at Disney Grand Californian, Pixar Place Hotel, and the Disneyland Hotel. That’s right, you can save up to 36% off — a great deal to add as the cherry on top for a special event.

Dapper Day truly is a day for the fans, as it’s literally hosted by a group not directly affiliated with Disney. If you want to be a part of it at any point next year, you’re encouraged to dress up — and we mean DRESS UP! You’ll often see outfits with fancy modern looks. Honestly, it can be whatever you want — show off that stunning look of yours!
