Disney World requires many things! First and foremost is patience, planning, and packing the right necessities.

Let’s go to Disney World!
Long gone are the days when you can walk into the park with nothing but a ticket and a dream if you’re hoping to do everything. That’s why our packing list is so important to us for our trips, because it makes them less stressful and it saves us money in the long run. That’s why we’re sharing the one thing you can’t survive without in Disney World!
There are lots of things we have in our Disney World tool kit. Portable chargers, the right park bags, and sunscreen are just a few of the things that come to mind when we’re packing. At the top of our list of survival tools is the perfect water bottle. This isn’t just about having the best trip, it’s about taking care of your literal body in conditions you might not be prepared for!
Stanley IceFlow Water Bottle
Not every water bottle is created equally, but we love everything about this Stanley IceFlow! The handle flips down on both sides for easy carrying, and the top has a very flush design, so it isn’t bulky. It features a slim design, but it’s still hefty enough to really keep your ice water cold for hours. It’s easy to clean and makes sure that we stay cool and hydrated throughout the day.
Disney Owala FreeSip
If you’ve followed us for a while, you won’t be surprised to see our other favorite is an Owala water bottle! We have tested hundreds of water bottles, and the Owala has stayed a consistent favorite. It has a great design that comes in lots of different colors. It also has a soft close spout that locks to keep it spill-proof while you’re carrying it around or throwing it in your bag. It doesn’t sweat on the outside and keeps your drink and ice cold for several hours, even on some of the hottest days. Plus, they have Disney Princess designs. What more can we ask for!
These two water bottles have stayed at the top of our favorites lists for years, and they will stay there until an even better option comes along. (We think that will be difficult!) Be sure to keep following DFB for more Disney packing necessities.

Our handy (and portable!) ebook guides make sure you get the best deals and can plan a vacation of a lifetime.

We never carry a water bottle. They’re heavy. I’d rather just get a cup of iced water as I go along. We’ve survived WDW without one for 31 years.
Curious about your thoughts on hydration backpacks. We plan to have one per person for Disney in late April.
I always bring a water bottle but I wear it in a sling because I don’t want to carry it around. Also a neck fan.
Hi Karen! We have a reporter that swears by CamelBak hydration backpacks.
