CELEB SPOTTED: See Who Just Surprised Guests In Magic Kingdom!

Celebrities! They’re just like us! Meaning they’re in Disney World every chance they get.

Right now, you can find a lot of celebrities around Disney World thanks to EPCOT’s Candlelight Processional. That means we’ve been keeping our eyes peeled to see some familiar faces, and one Disney celeb gave Magic Kingdom guests the sweetest surprise! Let’s check it out together.

In Magic Kingdom, there are a few ways that guests can jump into the magic and tell those classic stories. One of those ways is at Enchanted Tales with Belle in Fantasyland. This attraction takes you through the Beast’s magic mirror into Belle’s library from the Disney classic movie, Beauty and the Beast. Guests can get in on the fun of portraying characters, and actress Susan Egan was one of those people!

Susan Egan is most famously known for her portrayal of Megara in Disney’s animated movie, Hercules, and she also originated the role of Belle when Beauty and the Beast debuted on Broadway in 1994. That’s why her jumping into the role of Mrs. Potts is even more special! She shared a video of her hopping into the scenes and “pouring tea” with Belle and a little guest who was playing Chip.

Susan was in Disney World to be one of the EPCOT Candlelight Processional narrators who tell the American Christmas story along with a choir of Cast Members and the Voice of Liberty, who sing traditional holiday songs. She shared several photos on her social media of her time in Disney World, and she even stopped by to see her boss, Mickey Mouse.

She even posted a picture with her VIP Tour Guide on the Jingle Cruise in Magic Kingdom! We love knowing she has a good taste for dad jokes. Susan has been busy working with Disney lately, and not just over at EPCOT.

Susan recently performed a D23 at Walt Disney World in August 2025. Trust us, we got some serious chills!

She also stopped by Disney’s newest cruise ship, The Disney Destiny, for its christening. Not only that, but she is also the ship’s Godparent, which is a rare honor! There’s even a cafe inspired by her character Meg, which you know we had to see during our time on the ship.

We absolutely love that Susan got in on the fun of Enchanted Tales with Belle, but we are seriously jealous of the guests who got to see it live in person!
