Something new is coming to Disney World…okay, well, a lot of new things are coming to Disney World, but we want to chat about something new coming to Disney Springs.
Back in February 2025, we learned that LEVEL99 would likely be taking over the building that was once the NBA Experience in Disney Springs. In September, we finally got confirmation that this was actually happening, and shortly after that, we started seeing signs of construction around the building, complete with a LEVEL99 marquee. Well, now, we have an idea of when this new experience will open: 2026.
Disney recently revealed a list of everything new coming to Disney World in 2026, and mentioned LEVEL99 would also open next year (and considering how close we now ARE to 2026, this is BIG news). LEVEL99 is a gaming experience where you’ll “work with your friends to discover new challenges, collect all the stars, find digital treasure and master new experiences.” So it’s part escape room, part obstacle course, and part arcade, all wrapped up in one big package.
The LEVEL99 in Disney Springs will be the largest of its kind with 45,000 square feet across two stories. You’ll find three kinds of games in the LEVEL99 experience, including Rooms that are cooperative games for teams of 2-6 players. Room themes will be based on physical, skill, or mental categories, so they’ll challenge you in every way imaginable. Duels are challenges against other players. Art Hunts are scavenger hunts to search for art throughout the LEVEL 99 space.
LEVEL99 will also feature dining with a chef-crafted menu, including the experience’s signature Detroit-style pizza. We visited the LEVEL99 location in Natick, Mass., to check out the dining for ourselves, so you can read that review here.
We’ll be visiting LEVEL99 as soon as it opens, so you’ll want to stay tuned to DFB for more.
