There are a lot of wonderful things about the holiday season in EPCOT — the decorations are stunning, you’ve got so much great food and entertainment thanks to EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays going on, and this year you can even meet Santa Goofy! Yes, please!
Figment in his Christmas Sweater
However, one of our FAVORITE parts of the season is actually inside a ride that so many people walk right by, and we’re happy to say that yes, it’s back once again for everyone to enjoy — Figment in his adorable Christmas sweater is BACK, and we think everyone needs to go see him!
Journey into Imagination with Figment is in its third edition since EPCOT opened in 1982, and while many people still love the original the best, they won’t pass up the chance to see Figment in his element on the ride. While seeing him any time of year is great, seeing him in his Christmas sweater is even better. Yep, that’s the best, hands down.

The animatronics of Figment in the ride all have him in his little blue sweater, and we’ve been obsessed with it for years. But who can blame us? Just LOOK AT HIM!

The best part is that this year, when you exit the ride into ImageWorks, you can even MEET Figment in his Christmas sweater! Now, it’s a different sweater than the classic one, but it’s still blue, so hey, we’ll take it.
