Did somebody say, “HOT COCOA FLIGHT?!”

2025 Holiday Sweets and Treats
Yep, Holiday Sweets and Treats sure did! Holiday Sweets and Treats is one of the Holiday Kitchens (also known as Festival Food Booths) at the 2025 EPCOT Festival of the Holidays, and along with peppermint sundaes and shakes, they’ve decided to switch things up this year with a new Festive Flight made of Hot Cocoas! We hope you’ll join us at Holiday Sweets and Treats as we bring your our FULL review!
Menu
You’ll find Holiday Sweets and Treats along the World Showcase Promenade (near the Port of Entry), and that’s especially important to know if you’re participating in the Holiday Cookie Stroll, because this is the pick up location for your completion prize! But as far as the regular menu, the Peppermint Sundae is the star food item.

2025 Holiday Sweets & Treats Menu
The sweets really kick in here with a large assortment of drink offerings, including the highly anticipated Festive Flight, which is comprised of Christmas Sugar Cookie Hot Cocoa, Gingerbread Hot Cocoa, and a Cookie Butter Hot Cocoa! Hot Cocoa by Joffrey’s is also available (with or without your choice of liqueur), along with the returning Chocolate-Peppermint Shake (with or without whipped cream vodka). Two new-to-the-Festival beers are also up for grabs: Carib Brewery Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree IPA and Stevens Point Brewery Whole Hog Hazelnut Brownie Porter.
Let’s dig into some sweets, my friends!
Eats
The Peppermint Sundae is a simple classic. Chocolate ice cream is topped with whipped cream and peppermint candy for $6.50.
This ice cream treat is every bit as basic as it looks and sounds; however, the portion size is generous, which is nice. The crushed candy cane doesn’t go beyond the topping, unfortunately. This really is a menu offering that will typically appeal much more to the kiddos in your traveling group.
Drinks
It’s time to try the Festive Flight! This trio features Christmas Sugar Cookie Hot Cocoa, Gingerbread Hot Cocoa, and a Cookie Butter Hot Cocoa for $6.50.

Festive Flight
The Christmas Sugar Cookie Hot Cocoa is topped with whipped cream and sprinkles. This one was our favorite of the three, and it’s going to be a good one for those with a sweet tooth. The sugar cookie flavor was very prominent but not overly sweet, which was great! Kids and hot chocolate fans will LOVE this.

Christmas Sugar Cookie Hot Cocoa
Up next is the Gingerbread Hot Cocoa topped with whipped cream and a gingerbread garnish. There is some strong gingerbread in this one, so gingerbread fans will LOVE this. The drink also comes with a cute little gingerbread man in the drink, but he will drown if you leave him in there too long (poor guy)!

Gingerbread Hot Cocoa
Finally, the Cookie Butter Hot Cocoa is topped with whipped cream and speculoos spice. The speculoos spice hit us the most on the backend with a strong kick. It’s not a hot spice, but it has a spice to it. If you’re not super adventurous, you probably won’t like this one.

Cookie Butter Hot Cocoa
The Chocolate-Peppermint Shake featuring Twinings Peppermint Cheer Tea returns again this year.
It’s $5.25 for the non-alcoholic version, or $12.50 to have it with whipped cream vodka. Our recommendation based on years of trying this shake in both its non-alcholic and boozy forms is that the Chocolate-Peppermint Shake is really only worth grabbing if you’re going to add the vodka. The whipped cream vodka is DEFINITELY the right choice for this drink, making it smooth, a little icy, and sweet. When it all mixes with the chocolate flavor and the dash of peppermint on top, it feels like a lovely little indulgence.

The menu!
Hot Cocoa by Joffrey’s is available at this Holiday Kitchen, too. You can warm up with a cup on its own for $4.00, or try it with your choice of liqueur from Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur, Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream Liqueur, or Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey. Prices for the boozy versions range from $12.25 to $15.50.
Two brews are also up for grabs for $12.50 each: Carib Brewery Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree IPA and Stevens Point Brewery Whole Hog Hazelnut Brownie Porter.
OVERALL
Overall, this is a MUST for those of you looking for a tasty holiday treat (obviously, it’s in the name)! We loved everything here, and you’ll 100% see us back here again…and again…and again!

Nobody in our group likes peppermint. And what’s wrong with plain old hot chocolate with marshmallows??? Why can’t we find good old-fashioned American classics of any food or drink in Wdw???? Very frustrating!
