Disney and ABC’s The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular premieres on December 1st, and features a star-studded cast of hosts, performers, and a whole lot more. We got the lucky opportunity to attend the taping of this special, and we’re taking you with us behind the scenes!

Hosted by Derek Hough, The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular returns for its 10th year, featuring new musical performances from Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Disneyland Resort in California, and Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Hawaiʻi. We got the chance to check out some of the performances at Disney World, so you can trust us when we tell you that you’re in for a real treat!

In addition to these performances, the holiday spectacular will also feature a special look at the new movie Avatar: Fire and Ash, along with a celebration of the new Zootopia 2 movie that recently premiered in theaters — introduced by the film’s star Ke Huy Quan.
