UPDATE: Zootopia 2 will debut on Disney+ on March 11th, 2026.
I don’t care that Zootopia 2 isn’t even in theaters yet. I’ve waited TEN YEARS for the sequel, and I’m already counting down the days until I can watch it at my own leisure on Disney+.

I’m thinking y’all probably feel the same way, so let’s figure out when Zootopia 2 is coming to Disney+ because I’ll have to ask for time off on that day and buy a bunch of donuts to celebrate.
To figure this out, we have to look at other movies that came to theaters this year and have already made their way to Disney+. Elio premiered in theaters on June 20th, 2025, and later premiered on Disney+ on September 17th. That’s about 89 days after it premiered in theaters.

The live-action Lilo & Stitch debuted in theaters on May 23rd, 2025, and appeared on Disney+ on September 3rd, 2025, about 103 days later. Both Elio and Lilo & Stitch premiered on Wednesdays.

Did the live-action Snow White also follow this system? Snow White premiered in theaters on March 21st, 202,5, and was later released on Disney+ on June 11th, 2025. It was about 82 days later, also on a Wednesday.

With this information, we can get a pretty good idea of when Zootopia 2 will be available on Disney+. It comes to theaters on November 26th, 2025, and about 91 days later, it could come to Disney+ on February 23rd, 2026, which is a Wednesday. While it might not be this exact date, it’s likely to come in mid- to late February or early March.
