Happy Veterans Day to all those out there! To celebrate this important holiday, Disney has just announced some new information we know veterans are going to be very thrilled about.
Disney offers discounted tickets to their theme parks for veterans each and every day, allowing former veterans fantastic discounts. For example, the most expensive 2025 ticket for veterans costs $469, which is a 6-Day Disney Military Salute Ticket with Park Hopping included (4-day and 5-day tickets are also available with or without Park Hopper). If you’re thinking of traveling to Disney World or Disneyland in 2026, there’s a NEW ticket deal Disney has just announced for active and retired military members that you won’t want to miss!
2026 is a very special year because it’s the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America, and to celebrate, Disney has just announced a new ticket deal for active and retired military members. The new ticket is called the Disney Celebrates America Military Salute Ticket, and will be available for eligible U.S. service members and their families for just $499 per person plus tax. It will grant you access to all four Disney World theme parks throughout 2026!
Additionally, the Disney Military Salute Tickets will also be available in 2026, which are those 6-Day Park Hopper tickets for $449 plus tax (as well as 4-day and 5-day tickets with and without park hopper), the same tickets that are available this year. Both ticket types will be available from January 1st through December 18th, 2026, and are subject to blockout dates from March 29th – April 11th, 2026, and November 22nd – 28th, 2026.
Disneyland Resort also has the 2026 Military Salute Ticket Offer available for active and retired U.S. military personnel. With this ticket, veterans can visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park with discounted 3-Day and 4-Day Park Hopper tickets between January 1st, 2026, through December 31st, 2026. The price breakdown is as follows:
- 3-Day Park Hopper: $314
- 4-Day Park Hopper: $369
- 3-Day Park Hopper with Lightning Lane Multi Pass: $416
- 4-Day Park Hopper with Lightning Lane Multi Pass: $505
This ticket can be purchased as early as November 18th, 2025, and the final day for purchase is December 27th, 2026.
A 1-Day, 1-Park Disneyland Resort Military Adult Ticket is also available for $104, as well as a 1-Day, 1-Park child ticket (ages 3-9) for $98. Booking for these tickets will become available on November 18th, 2025, and is valid through December 30th, 2027, with no blockout dates. These tickets can be purchased at U.S. military base ticket offices, as well as GOVX.com.
Don’t go anywhere, though, because that’s not all! Select U.S. military service members and retired veterans can also earn a $250 onboard credit per stateroom for all 2026 sailings from Florida aboard the Disney Wish and Disney Dream! Disney Cruise Line is also offering special military rates on cruises throughout 2026.

Please be careful how you word this. I don’t believe this is available to all Veterans. The Military salute tickets are only available to active military and “retired” military members. I don’t believe that a discharged (dd-214) veteran is eligible. We looked into this for my Sister who is an U.S. Army veteran. But as she did not stay in for 20 years and retire, she was not eligible.
Disney is failing to acknowledge that it was not only American Service Personnel who fought in both World War s and other conflicts since. I would suggest that they extend this offer to all those who currently and previously gave their services to freedom.
Just want to back up the previous comment! This is ONLY for active and retired military, NOT all veterans. Please be careful how you word this. I also looked into it for my dad who is a U.S. Air Force veteran, and he was also not eligible.
I agree with a prior post…. Being a veteran is different than being retired military. A bit confusing because an individual who retires from the military is a veteran, but not all veterans retire from the military. I was active duty Air Force, served my 4 years and then separated from active duty. I’m a veteran, but not a retired military member.
Only for Active Duty or Retired.
Brilliant!
Jeremy said what I was going to inform you.
A veteran can be someone who served 10 days or 19 years. Active Duty are those currently serving and Retired Military fulfilled at least their 20 years commitment to the United States or medically retired due to a line of duty condition. Both active duty and retired military receive full government benefits, and is what Disney offers ticket discounts too. They have also added those veterans who are 100% disabled through the military.
(I’m retired military of 27 years, and 100% disabled. Therefore someone like me would qualify.)
Hey Disney, stop leaving out veterans just because we didn’t serve 20 years. ALL VETERANS SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE DISCOUNTS, ESPECIALLY DISABLED VETERANS THAT ARE LESS THAN 100% TOO. WE ALL MATTER.
