Disney World trips are expensive enough without the added stress of hotel prices that make you do a double take.
If you’re planning a 2026 Disney World vacation and trying to cut costs without giving up convenience, you might be surprised by what we found near Disney Springs. We checked room rates for several Disney Springs Area Hotels in early May 2026, and some of them came in way lower than you’d expect. We’re talking as low as $142 per night. These hotels aren’t just budget-friendly; they also keep you close to the magic with perks and easy access to the parks. Let’s take a look at what we found.
Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area
If you’re trying to keep your costs really low, have a look at this one. The Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista had rooms starting at just $142.10 per night for the dates we checked (May 3rd–7th, 2026). That’s for a 2 Double Beds, Non-Smoking room. Even if you want a slightly better view, the upgrades don’t push the price up too much. A Courtyard View room runs around $149.90, and a Lake View goes for $157.70. There’s even a Mobility Accessible option at the same $142.10 rate.
This hotel is located directly across from Disney Springs, which means you can easily walk to dozens of dining and shopping options, perfect for anyone who loves late-night Ghirardelli runs or spontaneous shopping trips to World of Disney. It also offers Early Theme Park Entry for guests, so you’re not missing out on that key on-property perk.
DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area
The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton is another great pick if you’re traveling with a family or just want more space to spread out. The rooms here are all suites, which means you’ll have a separate living area (something you don’t always find in this price range near Disney). For our test dates, rates started at $170 per night for a 1 King 1 Bedroom Suite Mobility/Hearing Accessible Room with a Roll-In Shower, and most of the standard suites hovered around $180. If you need a bit more room, you can upgrade to a 2 Queens 1 Bedroom Suite with a Sofa Bed or an Oversized 1 Bedroom Suite for $188 per night.
The biggest draw here is comfort. Every room has a living room and mini kitchenette, which can help you save money on meals.
Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Area
If you’ve stayed here before, you know it’s one of the most reliable mid-range options near Disney Springs. The Holiday Inn Orlando offers comfortable rooms and balcony views without straying into luxury pricing. For May 3rd–7th, 2026, we found rates starting at $179 for a 2 Queen Standard Balcony room and $186 for a 2 Queen Standard room. If you want a Pool View, it’s still under $200 at $196 per night.
This hotel is just an easy walk away from Disney Springs and has a full-service restaurant, on-site pool, and a complimentary shuttle service to the Disney parks.
Renaissance Orlando Resort & Spa – Disney Springs Resort Area
For those who want something that feels a bit more upscale but still fits within a moderate budget, the Renaissance Orlando Resort & Spa might be the perfect middle ground. We found rooms here as low as $166 per night for a Double Queen City View guest room. That’s impressive considering this hotel leans into the resort experience with a spa, large pool area, and several on-site dining options.
Upgraded rooms, like Pool View or High Floor Resort View, were listed around $192, keeping them under that $200 mark. If you want a hotel that feels like a “treat yourself” option without spending Disney Deluxe Resort prices, this is one to keep an eye on.
Why These Hotels Are Worth a Look
All of these hotels are part of the Disney Springs Resort Area, meaning you can take advantage of select on-property perks — like Early Theme Park Entry — while still saving a good chunk of money compared to Disney-owned resorts. They’re also within walking distance (or a quick shuttle ride) to Disney Springs, which gives you easy access to some of Disney’s best restaurants and shopping without needing park admission.
With rooms starting around $142 per night, it’s worth running your own searches for your trip dates to see how prices compare. While Disney resort hotels offer plenty of magic, these nearby options can give you comfort, convenience, and big savings, which means more money left for Mickey-shaped snacks, unique drinks, or a few souvenirs you didn’t plan to buy but will absolutely end up taking home.
