Have you been wondering when Magic Kingdom’s new snack spot might open? We recently learned that Cool Ship has permanently closed in Tomorrowland, but it’s being replaced by a new snack stand called AstroFizz.

AstroFizz will be serving up popcorn, churros, and drinks, but Disney didn’t confirm an opening date for the new dining spot. HOWEVER, Disney did sort of already confirm when it would be open…and that is by November 7th. We’ll tell you why we think this.

So Disney World just released it’s full list of menus for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, which is a separately ticketed event happening in Magic Kingdom on select nights from November 7th through 21st. Well, that list of menus included a special party-exclusive snack at Astro Fizz, a Cherry-White Chocolate Slushy.

Well, Astro Fizz couldn’t offer a snack at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party if it isn’t open, right? And the first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is November 7th, so you don’t have to be Sherlock Holmes to deduce that AstroFizz will be open on or before November 7th. Which is literally SOON.

We did check the Disney World website for November 7th, and it’s not yet showing hours for AstroFizz, but that’s no biggie. The actual opening date might not be set in stone yet, but we still think it will be on or before that date. Disney wouldn’t have mentioned it as an exclusive snack spot for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party otherwise.

In addition to this exclusive snack, Astro Fizz will offer a variety of slushies, a special churro (please, Disney World, please give us fresh churros like in Disneyland!), popcorn, and other snacks and drinks.
