Who’s ready to start rockin’ around the Christmas tree(s)? As soon as next week, the Christmas Tree stroll could be returning to Disney Springs once again! This is one of the BEST ways to celebrate the holidays in Disney Springs — every year, we look forward to what Disney has in store with these unique Christmas trees.

Mickey Mouse & Minnie Mouse Tree
The Christmas Tree Stroll will feature trees inspired by movies like Toy Story, Moana, and The Nightmare Before Christmas, with each tree having a different theme and being totally decked to the max. This has been one of our favorite free Christmas activities at Disney World for the longest time, and there’s a fun interactive twist coming to it this year!
If you haven’t done this festive activity before, you’re probably wondering, What is the Christmas Tree Stroll? Well, it’s a hunt for themed Christmas trees around Disney Springs! The Christmas trees are decorated with themes inspired by Disney characters, Pixar films, theme park favorites, and more.

Christmas at Disney World!
Here is a list of every single one of the themed trees that will be on display this year:
- Coco
- Disney Villains
- Encanto
- Fantasia
- Frozen
- Haunted Mansion
- Lilo & Stitch
- The Lion King
- Mickey Mouse & Minnie Mouse
- Moana
- The Princess & the Frog
- Star Wars
- Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas
- Toy Story
There are also usually trees dedicated to Disney Cruise Line, Disney Parks, Annual Passholders, and Disney Vacation Club members.

Star Wars tree
To do the hunt, you’re going to need a map! However, the map has blank spots in various areas of Disney Springs and a bunch of stickers on the side. When you find the tree, you can put on the corresponding sticker to mark off your progress.

2024 Christmas Tree Stroll Map
You can pick up a complimentary map highlighting the location of each sparkling Christmas tree from the following locations:

- The LEGO Store

Christmas Tree Stroll Map (2022)
Once you have your map, be on the lookout for beautifully decorated Christmas trees as you explore Disney Springs. As you discover each tree, match the corresponding sticker to the location on your map. Once you’ve found them all, bring your map to one of the locations listed above for a special surprise!

Passholder tree!
Here’s a little holiday tip for you! If you do go on the Christmas Tree Stroll, make sure to bring your MagicBand+ with you! There will be certain trees with a MagicBand+ icon where you can experience some EXTRA festive fun. There will be magical surprises at the following themed trees:
- Annual Passholder
- Haunted Mansion
- Star Wars
- Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas
- Disney Cruise Line Topiary
Y’all, it’s so fun! There might be certain lights or sounds going off, and it’s a fun extra element that makes finding trees even more exciting (especially for the little ones). We like to do the stroll while doing our Christmas shopping, so it usually keeps everyone in the family entertained.

MagicBand+ spot at the ‘Coco’ tree in 2024
We mentioned that one of the MagicBand+ spots will be the Disney Cruise Line topiary. You’re not going to want to miss out on that and other festive flora pieces. There will also be spots to get holiday photos in front of flagship trees in iconic Disney Springs locations, including:
- Marketplace
- Town Center
- Orange Node Tree
