FIRST LOOK: Go Inside the Exclusive Club Coming to Disney’s New Residential Community

Cotino is the first Storyliving by Disney community that is going in the greater Palm Springs area. The entire neighborhood and houses are designed by Disney, featuring amenities that make you feel like you’re living at a resort. Ready to see the pictures?

These houses are in the Coachella Valley and have large layouts, making them perfect for those who like to entertain.

Wondering about the price? Houses start from the mid $1 million. You can also join the Artisan Club, which is a separate membership and includes Cotino Bay, a beautiful lagoon to swim in. There are swim zones, including one heated zone, access to kayaks and paddleboards, private white sand beaches, an outdoor beach bar, and cabanas.

Other amenities include Architects Fork, a table service restaurant offering California cuisine and craft cocktails; Plot Twist, an outdoor bar with a variety of food and beverages; a Wellness Center & Outdoor Sport Courts; and a Creative Studio that will host speakers, artists, and more.

The Parr House, inspired by Incredibles 2, is a space for club events, celebrations, and limited overnight accommodations for club members. It’s along the shoreline of Cotina Bay and has an elevated patio with views of the water and mountains.

Some of the wellness programming includes Moana Breathwork, Encanto Latin Dance Cardio, Incredibles Super Circuit, Villain Era Power Sculpt: Maleficent Edition, and Stitch and Splash.

At the Artisan Club, there will be a speaker series and demonstrations from Disney Imagineers, artists, and noteworthy experts, Disney performances, and behind-the-scenes interviews.

The restaurants will be run by Disney chefs, so you know the food is going to be spectacular!
