It’s no surprise that prices have been going up, up, up at Disney World, and just about everything has increased to some extent. We’ve been keeping track of all of these prices for years, but there’s one set of numbers that has really shocked us.
Annual Passes have been getting more expensive every year, and looking at the numbers, are they getting too high?
Let’s start by looking at the Disney Pixie Pass, which has the most blockout dates and is only available for Florida Residents.
- $399 — December 2022
- $439 — October 2023
- $469 — October 2024
- $489 — October 2025
That’s a $90 increase, which is about 22% in only three years. That’s pretty steep!
The Pirate Pass, which is next on the tier, is also only for Florida Residents.
- $749 — December 2022
- $799 — October 2023
- $829 — October 2024
- $869 — October 2025
For the Pirate Pass, it’s a $120 increase, which is about 16% which isn’t as steep as the Pixie Pass. You do receive a discount when you renew your pass, but it usually is not enough to cover the entire price increase from year to year.
The Sorcerer Pass is available for Florida Residents or select Disney Vacation Club Members and is the next level up from the Pirate Pass.
- $969 — December 2022
- $999 — October 2023
- $1,079 — October 2024
- $1,099 — October 2025
This pass had a $130 increase, which is about 11%.
For the highest tiered pass with no blockout dates, the Incredi-Pass is the only pass available to anyone, including people outside of Florida.
- $1,399 — December 2022
- $1,449 — October 2023
- $1,549 — October 2024
- $1,629 — October 2025
At the most expensive pass, the increase over three years is $230, representing a 16% rise.
The Pixie Pass has the highest percentage increase, at 22%, while the Sorcerer Pass has the lowest at only 11%. While the prices have increased, there hasn’t been a significant increase in the perks or benefits of being an Annual Passholder. Dining and merchandise discounts, exclusive souvenirs, and other perks like limited-time meet and greets and lounges have remained about the same over the years.
We made a chart so you can take a look at the numbers for each pass, too. What pass do you prefer?
