Disney is just about ready to open the BRAND NEW Zootopia: Better Zoogether attraction at Animal Kingdom!

The new 3D-film experience — which is replacing the opening day attraction It’s Tough to Be a Bug, which closed earlier this year — is scheduled to open to the public on November 7th. However, certain guests will be able to experience the new show EARLY.
Disney’s announcement of Better Zoogether’s opening date also included a message imploring readers to “keep an eye out for more information coming later this fall about special previews for cast members, Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members alike.”
Now, here at DFB, we just received our invite to the Better Zoogether media preview, which usually coincides with affinity group members getting their invites around the same timeframe. So, if you fall into any one of those groups, keep your eyes peeled for those emails, as you may be experiencing this new Zootopia attraction sometime soon!

According to Disney, Zootopia: Better Zoogether will be “a celebration of unity amongst the diverse biomes across the city, and will be recognized with special performances such as ice-skating spectaculars from the heart of Tundratown! Synchronized swimming direct from Marsh Market! Tiny mouse drone shows soaring over Little Rodentia! And of course, a musical finale by superstar Gazelle – all of which we’ll see from the livestream watch party.”

The attraction will feature returning voice actors from the popular film, including Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman, as well as supervision from the creatives behind the film franchise, including Jared Bush and Byron Howard. The attraction’s opening day is just weeks before the November 26th theatrical premiere of Zootopia 2.

We’re weeks away from the opening of Zootopia: Better Zoogether at Animal Kingdom, but Cast Members, Annual Passholders, and DVC Members should be on the lookout for the chance to experience it sooner. Stay tuned to DFB for more on this new attraction.
