Y’all…we’ve got some big EPCOT news, and it has nothing to do with rides (although we’re still in shock at the lines for the new Test Track).
As you may know, the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is happening NOW through November 22nd, and we’ve already visited alllll the food booths…or have we? Actually, we haven’t because a new food booth, Festival Favorites, just opened TODAY, September 21st, and it includes a brand-new menu item that we can’t wait to try! OK, so technically it’s not a new item, as this is a booth starring the Festival’s greatest hits, but it’s new to the Festival Favorites lineup. Enough talking — let’s take a look!
Yes, a brand new booth has arrived in CommuniCore Hall for the Festival, and it’s bringing us a menu of old favorites! Let’s start with some old faves. The Kielbasa and Potato Pierogis with caramelized onions and sour cream are so good that we even have a recipe so we can make them at home. You can say we’re big fans. In the past, we’ve found the meat to be super flavorful and tender, and the cheese topping is always a standout (but then again, we LOVE cheese).
The Curry-spiced Fried Cheese with mango-curry ketchup is “new” to Festival Favorites this year (it’s coming from the India booth from past Festivals). We’re looking forward to trying it soon, so you’ll want to keep an eye out for our review.

Let’s take a look at the drinks coming to the booth. The Frozen S’more is back. This is a chocolate milkshake with marshmallow syrup topped with mini marshmallows and a graham cracker. This is a kid-pleaser that is a chocolate milkshake at its core, and it may even be better when it gets all melty.
We’re also super excited about the return of the Irish Milk Shake, made with Guinness Stout, Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur, and Vanilla Ice Cream. This shake is creamy, decadent, and SO very good. The chocolate shavings on top are also a nice touch.
We’ll be visiting this booth to see if these indeed are still OUR festival favorites, so stay tuned to DFB for more.
WE KNOW – there are SO many great snacks at Disney World! How do you choose (we don’t want to choose but will blow our budget on Day 1 otherwise)? We’ve got you covered! We have reviewed nearly EVERY snack available at Disney World, and we’ve written a series of DFB Guides about them! Check out our DFB Guide to Walt Disney World Dining + Snacks Bundle for all the details you need to plan your snackin’ and spending. You can even download them to your smartphone – it’ll be like we’re right there with you in the parks!
