A NEW Hotel Near Disney World Just Became One Of The ELITE

When you’re picking a hotel for Disney World, Universal Orlando, or maybe even just the Orlando area, you’re going to want to make sure that hotel meets a certain set of standards (I won’t even book a hotel that doesn’t have at least 4 out of 5 dots on TripAdvisor, for example). You’re paying good money for accommodations — you deserve a quality stay!

Well, if you’ve been thinking about staying at Evermore Resort near Disney World (which is MASSIVE, by the way), you may opt for the hotel on-site, the Conrad Hotel. Well, if you book that hotel, you probably made a great decision because it just got one of the highest honors in the hotel industry: the AAA Five Diamond designation. Everybody say OOOOHHH…AHHHH.

Conrad Orlando at Evermore has received the AAA Five Diamond designation for the first time. This is also the first time a Hilton property has received the designation. Y’all. This is a VERY big deal. Less than one percent of nearly 23,000 hotels in this category have received this designation. Basically, it means that this hotel goes above and beyond in luxury and upscale amenities.

So, how does a hotel get the AAA Five Diamond designation? Well, they have to pass a very strict evaluation from AAA representatives who inspect the property (unannounced) and also stay anonymously overnight. Then there’s a review by a panel of experts. It’s a WHOLE process. Then, the hotels and restaurants with the designation get re-evaluated every year. NO PRESSURE, right?
