REVIEW: My Favorite Snack Has 2 Brand-New Flavors in Disney World

The Halloween season is HERE at Disney World — which means it’s time for some frightfully delicious treats!

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is underway, and the spooky vibes can be found all over the Walt Disney World Resort — including at Disney Springs! In fact, Disney Springs’ Swirls on the Water is offering a fun Halloween twist on a classic Disney treat!

Swirls on the Water offers interesting and unique takes on the famous DOLE Whip treat, and it EASILY delivered the goods in one of our latest reviews.

Swirls on the Water!

Swirls on the Water offers DOLE Whip samplers that change seasonally, and the Halloween-inspired sampler is a must-try. Costing $7.99, this treat comes with three DOLE Whips that are locked into a brightly designed container.

It’s certainly pretty

The first is a classic DOLE Whip Pineapple, swirled with vanilla soft-serve and a fresh pineapple wedge. It’s hard to beat the classic tangy pineapple with a creamy vanilla soft-serve. While the wedge is more of a unique addition, this flavor is reliably good and never lets us down.

The Green Apple Soft-serve is swirled with salted caramel soft-serve, apple pie filling, and Halloween sprinkles, and the flavor reminded us of The Sanderson Sisters Caramel-Apple Pie Sundae at Swirls on the Water. The green apple is VERY green and sweet, and the salted caramel adds some fun texture and sweetness of its own. We have to warn you, though — this treat has a super-strong salted caramel flavor, so if you generally disagree with that kind of flavor, this won’t be the treat for you.

The last DOLE Whip is a Marshmallow soft-serve swirled with chocolate soft-serve, chocolate sauce, and a graham cracker topping. We got plenty of s’mores vibes with this one, although it tastes akin to a candy bar in ice cream form. Soft and creamy, the marshmallow against the chocolate flavor won us over.

SO good.

If these unique flavors don’t sound that appetizing to you, you’re in luck! There are tons of interesting flavors, such as the DOLE Whip Mango and Chamoy Float at Aloha Isle, the I Lava You Float (Fanta Strawberry Soda and Passion Fruit flavor served with DOLE Whip Orange and topped with popping candy) at Sunshine Tree Terrace, and the Ursula Cone (Wild Berry Soft-serve with candy coral and citrus cotton candy in a black vanilla cone) at Storybook Treats. All three restaurants are found at Magic Kingdom.

Of course, if you want to stick with Swirls on the Water, you’ll also be able to find Orange, Watermelon, Lime, and other fun flavors!
