Something very cool is coming to Orlando, and we’re ready to go and buy our new Disney pajamas and all the other accessories we need without having to head to the parks.
According to the Orlando Business Journal, Primark, a U.K. brand with affordable clothing, home goods, and beauty products, is set to open a second location in Orlando.
The first Orlando Primark opened about a year ago, and while there are tons of generic options, we were obsessed with the Disney-themed section of the store. They have fun pajamas, beauty products, and more for our favorite Disney characters and movies. My personal favorite was the Kermit the Frog lip gloss I found.
The new location will be at the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, while the original location is at The Florida Mall. The new Orlando location is one of the 18 stores coming across the U.S. Primark has also expressed interest in opening one in Tampa.
There is currently no opening timeline. Both the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets and The Florida Mall are owned by Simon Property Group. Although they did not respond to requests for comment, the website states that “transformations are underway,” which will include “exciting new brands.” A remodeled food hall, upgraded walkways, signage, and an enhancement to existing lounge areas are also coming.
The Florida Mall location is our secret spot for grabbing Disney merchandise on the cheap. There are fun collections like this Bambi collection, which could rival Lug and Loungefly’s.
Of course, there are adorable plushes and ears, too. All of the merchandise is officially licensed with Disney, so you know you’re buying something real.
We also found shoes, suitcases, hoodies, jackets, and more. We could seriously spend all day at the Disney section in Primark.
We’re so excited to see this open and to hear more details about the timeline. Make sure you keep following Disney Food Blog for more Disney news.
