Oh, Disney World snacks. You’re so enticing and leave us struggling with an impossible decision: do we try something new on our next visit, or stick to our tried-and-true favorites every trip (and when I’m NOT there, I crave everything I see online).
Some of the most classic snacks out there are the Mickey-shaped snacks, and we’re suckers for them just like everyone else. However, there’s a special place in our hearts for those iconic Mickey Cinnamon Rolls, and they just hit the menus in ANOTHER spot in EPCOT…but believe it or not, we don’t recommend buying this treat.
Now, at Sunshine Seasons, located in The Land Pavilion in EPCOT, you can grab a Mickey Cinnamon Roll. This treat is not totally new — the snack can be found at Starbucks locations all over the park, but now this is just a new spot to snag it in EPCOT.

But here’s the thing. We highly advise NOT getting this classic snack. Why? Well, because as much as we love the size and presentation, these cinnamon rolls are often rather, well, dry and not worth the high cost. Instead, we’ve got a few other suggestions for a BETTER cinnamon roll in EPCOT, starting with the Cinnamon Roll at Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in Norway! It’s soft, sweet, fresh, and big enough to share — we can’t get enough!
If you’re craving something sweet but don’t exactly want a cinnamon roll, don’t miss the delicious treats at Karamell-Küche in the Germany Pavilion! We’re rarely disappointed by any of the treats here. They all taste fresh, there’s a wide variety to choose from, and the smell coming from this building is just heavenly.

If you’re willing to step outside EPCOT for a sweet treat, we recommend heading over to Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs at Disney’s BoardWalk (it’s just a short walk from the EPCOT International Gateway) for the Deep Fried Hawaiian Roll — this is incredible!
Completely outside of EPCOT, you’ve got the incredible Mickey-shaped Bacon-Pecan Caramel Cinnamon Roll at Westward Ho in Magic Kingdom…
…as well as the MASSIVE iconic Cinnamon Roll at Gaston’s Tavern. If you’re willing to take the Monorail over to the park, we say both of these snacks are totally worth it.
