Aaah, can you feel the magic of fall in the air at the 2025 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival?

Milled and Mulled Food and Wine Booth
Honestly? I’m guessing the answer is “No, not particularly,” what with it being August in The Sunshine State. Okay, then… If autumn air isn’t an option, how about we take in some fall flavors at the Festival instead? As we make our way to all of the Festival Marketplaces to bring you our reviews of every Booth at the 2025 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival, we’re stopping by the Milled and Mulled Food Booth to do exactly that!
Menu
Milled and Mulled is still one of the new kids on the Festival block, having just joined the lineup for the first time last year. And yet, it’s already delivering new menu items to the Festival with the Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque and the Apple-Cinnamon and Caramel Mini Churros Sundae! The spot also boasts not one, but TWO Festival fan favorite desserts: the Fall Fruit Cheesecake and AJ’s beloved Freshly Baked Carrot Cake.
The beverage menu is short but sweet, and features two new-to-the-Festival ciders: 3 Daughters Brewing Apple Strudel Hard Cider and Keel Farms Maple Harvest Hard Cider.
I mean, who really cares if it’s 95 degrees out? Milled and Mulled knows fall is where it’s at and we are HERE FOR IT…
Eats
Okay, when I said “we are here for it” in 95 degrees, I maaaaay not have exactly meant that we are 100% soup-ready, but we’re still excited to try the new Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque nonetheless! Coming in at $5.50, this soup is garnished with cinnamon cream, toasted pumpkin seeds, and pumpkin seed oil.

Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque
Wow…add this to our Best of the Fest list! This is up there with the best things we’ve had at the festival. If there’s one downside to this dish, it’s the fact that the weather is not ideal for eating this right now. It’s just so hot for this dish. However, we would love to learn how to make this at home for cozy fall dinners. It’s mostly savory, but it’s got a hint of sweetness to it, which we loved. We genuinely loved all these flavors! Like seriously, we love this dish! It feels a little indulgent, and the texture is creamy with nice crunchy pumpkin seeds.

This was very good!
Now, the new Apple-Cinnamon and Caramel Mini Churros Sundae presents the best of both worlds. You get all of the autumnal flavors topped with vanilla bean gelato to help you keep cool for $5.25! This is a great option for kids, and if you have multiple kiddos, it’s a big enough portion that this is 100% shareable.

Mini Churros Sundae
There’s a bunch of mini churros in here, and they have this thick caramel sauce on top of them. The vanilla gelato was a great addition! The apples on top were like an applesauce with chunks of apples in it. It was a very popular buy amongst guests while we were at the festival.

If you are a long-time EPCOT Food and Wine Festival fan, you may know the Fall Fruit Cheesecake by its former name: the Boursin Fig Balsamic Cheesecake. Even though the name has changed, the dish still features Boursin Fig & Balsamic Cheese with pomegranates and candied pecans. It’s $5.50 and is also an eligible item for those participating in the Emile’s Fromage Montage Cheese Crawl!

Fall Fruit Cheesecake
The cheesecake is both sweet and savory, with a very creamy and tangy taste. In regard to its sweet versus tart flavor, we would say it leans more on the tart side with the fig in the pomegranate. The candied pecans added a really nice crunch. To be completely honest, we were very surprised by this — we really liked it!

This had a few unique flavors!
The Freshly Baked Carrot Cake with walnuts and cream cheese icing has had a few different homes at the Food and Wine Festival. We’re always more than happy to find it wherever it lands (especially since it usually winds up on our Best of the Fest list), and we’re glad it’s here at Milled and Mulled this year for $5.50.

Freshly Baked Carrot Cake
We mentioned how it’s been a part of our Best of the Fest list in the past, and the carrot cake has made it once again (no surprise here)! It’s your typical carrot cake with all of those walnut and cream cheese flavors in it. The cream cheese is very sweet and very rich. It will harden a little bit if you let it sit for too long.

One of our favorite things!
Drinks
What could be better to drink with your autumnal dishes at Milled and Mulled than hard cider? You’ll find two up for grabs here: 3 Daughters Brewing Apple Strudel Hard Cider is available for $5.75 for a 6-ounce pour or $9.75 for a 12-ounce pour. The Apple Cider has notes of baked apple and cinnamon. The drink was very light and easy to drink. It’s more on the sweet side with moderate acidity. The drink really gets you in the fall season.

3 Daughters Brewing Apple Strudel Hard Cider
Keel Farms (a Tampa Bay area winery) is the maker of the Maple Harvest Hard Cider, which is also available for $5.75 for a 6-ounce pour or $9.75 for a 12-ounce pour. This has a light maple syrup taste, just a smidge sweeter than the apple cider — and we liked it!

There are a few things we feel you need to try here to get the full Food and Wine experience. We can only imagine how much more the food here would hit if the weather were cooler. Make sure to get to this spot, and 100% get the carrot cake!
