Quick! What’s the first thing you need to do when you visit EPCOT during the 2025 Food and Wine Festival? If you said, “Grab a passport,” congrats! You win. For all the newbies out there — don’t worry — we don’t mean your actual passport. These are handy (and free) booklets to help you navigate your way around this fun foodie fest, with info on all of the Global Marketplace Food Booths, entertainment options, and beyond.
We spotted a display packed full of EPCOT Food and Wine Festival Passports, so you KNOW we picked one up! There’s LOTS to see, so let’s take this passport page by page, shall we?
First things first: When you visit EPCOT for your own Food and Wine Festival adventures, you can pick up a passport at a display just after passing through either of the park’s entrances or at any of the Festival Food Booths in the park. If you have trouble finding them, just ask a nearby Cast Member.
The opening pages WELCOME you — literally! — to the EPCOT Food and Fine Festival! The Welcome section breaks down a few specifics about the Festival (like all you need to know about the Global Marketplaces and the Eat to the Beat Concert Series).
There’s even a QR code so you can check out the Allergy-friendly festival menus. How handy!
Up next is an overview of a few Festival activities that anyone can enjoy! These include brief overviews of the Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Scavenger Hunt and Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit (which is available for a limited time for the Halloween season).
The Disney Festival Gift Card wristlet is also featured. We love these gift cards for TWO reasons: First, they are available for amounts starting at $15 (and are reloadable), so they can help you set and stick within a budget while you’re exploring the Food Booths. And second, since they strap to your wrist, you don’t have to juggle other payment methods while trying to carry things like your phone and, of course, the Passport itself!
The Passport will also let you know where you can find this year’s Festival merchandise collections. We’ve got our eyes on the new Minnie ears — anyone else? (Oh, and psst: Disney World Annual Passholders are also eligible to purchase exclusive items!)
Okay, NOW we’re getting to the good stuff. The bulk of the passport contains each festival Food Booth, complete with its full menu. Here’s an example of the pages for Earth Eats and Joffrey’s food booths.
Here’s a look at Japan and Greece food booths.
We’re SO ready to dig into these eats and drinks at the Italy and Flavors of America booths!
And if you are planning to participate in the Festival’s beloved CHEESE CRAWL — Emile’s Fromage Montage— then you’ll definitely want to pay attention to these pages. (In fact, the passport is REQUIRED for Fromage Montage participants, so be sure to store it in a safe place in your park bag so you don’t lose it!)
You see, whenever you purchase an item that is eligible as part of the Crawl, a Cast Member will stamp your passport when you place your item order as proof that you have purchased an eligible item. If you collect five stamps, then you can head to the Shimmering Sips booth to collect your free prize!
So, be sure to grab that Festival Passport, my friends, and get to eating, sipping, and ENJOYING everything this year at the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival!
Thanks so much for joining us on the very first day of our FAVORITE EPCOT Festival! We can’t wait to share LOTS more with you today and throughout the rest of the FEST!
