Halloween has crept its way into Disney World, and ever since, it’s been non-stop treat time. Trust me, I’m not complaining. I look forward to Disney’s holiday season every year because it means exclusive snacks that I can only get during the season, and that just makes the whole holiday feel even more special.
During Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, the treats are even MORE special because you can only have them during the after-hours event. We headed to try a special ice cream cone in Magic Kingdom, and let me just say, it was a treat!
At Storybook Treats in Fantasyland, we tried the brand new Ursula Cone for $8.29.
This is a wild berry soft-serve with candy coral and citrus cotton candy in a black vanilla cone. It’s giving full sea witch vibes.
The wild berry soft serve had a light blueberry and vanilla flavor with a creamy texture. The candy coral was crunchy and almost tasted like a caramel hard candy — and it was oh, so good, especially when dipped into the soft serve. Our citrus cotton candy shriveled up so quickly and melted into the ice cream, but it was still quite good with a tasty lemon flavor. The cone tastes like a normal cone — it just happens to be very black. Be sure to do a mirror check after this treat — it is MESSY.
Remember, this treat is only available during the Halloween party, and Storybook Treats is only open till 10 PM, so you’ll want to make this an earlier stop during your night.
We’re trying all the best snacks for Halloween at Disney so you can make the most of your visit. Make sure you keep following Disney Food Blog for more.
