Something BRAND NEW is coming to EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival this year!

Disney World has made a few announcements about one of the most anticipated EPCOT festivals of the year so far but this one really surprised us! We’ve already gotten a tease of which bands we can expect to find playing at this year’s Eat to the Beat Concerts, when we can start making dining package reservations, and even a peek at a returning fan-favorite experience. But nothing prepared us for a brand new booth offering coming soon.

The 2025 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will be held from August 28th to November 22nd. This highly anticipated festival will span 87 days, offering global marketplaces filled with food, concerts, and other family-friendly activities.

BUT, Disney just announced we’ll be getting a brand new festival food booth offering this year called Gyozas of the Galaxy. This booth will be located near Creations Shop and will be available starting on September 28th (so a bit delayed from the festival’s initial opening).

Here you’ll find eats like:

• Buffalo-style Dumplings: Chicken dumplings with buffalo sauce, celery root purée, blue cheese cream, crumbled blue cheese, shaved carrot, and micro celery
• French Onion Soup-style Dumplings: Pork and beef soup dumplings with caramelized onions, sherry-beef broth, onion and Gruyère soubise, Parmesan cracker, and micro chives
• Street Corn-style Dumplings: Chicken dumplings with tomatillo salsa verde, street corn salad, cotija cheese, lime crema, and cilantro

As well as a few beverages to wash it all down, including:

• Pineapple Colada: White rum, DOLE Pineapple Juice, and sweetened coconut milk
• Willamette Valley Vineyards Pinot Gris

WOW — this lineup looks like it will be a great addition to this year’s festival offerings and I personally can’t wait to get my hands on them to sample a few of the items first!
