The event features gourmet cuisine from award-winning chefs that is paired with wines, beers, and spirits. During the event, you will also find live entertainment, seminars, and fireworks! Your ticket to the event includes unlimited food and beverage, although you will need to purchase tickets for the seminars separately.

There is definitely no shortage of food to taste at the Food & Wine Classic. While we enjoyed SO much of what we have tried at previous Food & Wine Classic events, we also had some favorites from 2024. Our favorites included the Shaved Asparagus Salad from Todd English’s bluezoo, Burnt Ends & Pimento Melt from The Fountain, Red Wine Braised Beef Short Rib from Il Mulino, Butter Poached Bay Scallops at For The Love of Florida, and the Chocolate Blackberry Choux Puff.
In addition to the event itself, there are also numerous Tasting Experiences that take place during the weekend! You will need to purchase tickets to attend these seminars. It looks like this year might feature seminars such as a Chef Michael Mina Experience and a Chef Todd English Experience. However, we are still waiting for more information on the Tasting Experiences, so things can still change! I have been tasting Disney food for years, and this festival offers some GREAT options.

Where on earth do chefs come up with these weird menu offerings!? I had to look up many of the ingredients as I’d never heard of them! It reminds me of the Maggie Smith line in The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel: ‘No, if I can’t pronounce it, I don’t want to eat it!’
Perhaps if one was just served the meal without knowing, one might like it….but give me plain old American food any day! I’m guessing that anyone with food allergies should stay away?
