CONFIRMED: PRICE INCREASE Hits Peacock Streaming Service

For all of you out there who use the Peacock streaming platform, things are about to change!

It may not be as popular as Netflix or Disney+, but Peacock has really made a name for itself. Recently, Peacock announced that they’ve decided to bump up the prices. Was it a good idea? Only time will tell. We have all the information you need to know about the pricing right here!

If you’re a Peacock subscriber, prepare for your subscription price to increase. For a Premium subscription, the monthly plan price will increase from $7.99 to $10.99. The Premium Peacock subscription includes ads within the streaming service.

For a Premium Plus subscription, the monthly plan price will increase from $13.99 to $16.99. The Premium Plus Peacock subscription includes an ad-free streaming experience, which explains the more expensive price.

Although the pricing isn’t as high as Netflix’s when it comes to ad-free subscriptions, this price jump is quite significant for a monthly subscription. Also note that all new prices do not include taxes. If you have an add-on to your subscription, such as a Regional Sports Network, the price for that add-on will remain the same.

The new pricing will take effect on the next billing date on or after August 22nd, 2025. So, make sure you prepare for the price increase. If you have already canceled your subscription within the last 30 days, you won’t have to worry about being charged after the end of your current billing cycle.
