FIRST LOOK at Merchandise Coming to Magic Kingdom’s NEW Pirates Lounge

There is a new Pirates-themed lounge coming to Magic Kingdom!

It’s called The Beak and Barrel, and it officially opens on August 29th, 2025! We are itching to check out the new drinks, menu, and more coming to the new lounge. As we eagerly await its opening, Disney has just given us a sneak peek at the brand-new merchandise for the new dining spot.

Disney just gave us a “sneak beak” at the new merchandise coming to The Beak and Barrel! The new lounge, which will be located in Adventureland, will feature two new items that fans can snag once the dining spot has officially opened.

The first is this brand new Beak and Barrel t-shirt that features Rummy, the first mate at the tavern, who is the quartermaster that keeps an eye on the lounge from a roost at the top.

Disney also teased a brand new shoulder pal inspired by Rummy for us to have our own first mate long after we’ve left the tavern. Do you think we should bring our own eye patch, too?

Both of these items will be available next door at Plaza del Sol Caribe Bazaar. We can’t wait to try the new food and drinks this month when we stop by the new lounge! As always, be sure to keep following DFB for more Disney news and updates.
