The cool thing about visiting Disney World is that when you get a snack craving, you can get a pretty good snack just about anywhere on property.
Good’s Food To Go
Now, of course, we have our favorite snack spots with some of our favorite snacks in the parks, but even Disney World hotels offer a variety of good snacks, including Mickey pretzels. Now, we just found a Mickey pretzel at Disney’s Old Key West Resort in a new spot, along with a new caramel brownie. So let’s go check both of those snacks out to see what’s what!
We’re heading over to Good’s Foods To Go, the counter service restaurant at Old Key West. The Mickey-shaped Pretzel with Cheese Sauce has officially arrived here, so OF COURSE, we had to check it out. For $7.99, you get a Mickey Pretzel with the pre-packaged plastic cheese (oh, yeah).

We’re happy to report this is a classic Mickey pretzel, just like what you get in the parks. Pro tip: getting it early is the best way to get a nice and fresh pretzel. It’s fluffy on the inside with a nice crispiness on the outside, plus it looks like fun. Is it the best pretzel in Disney World? Well, no, but it still satisfies. The plastic cheese pairs so well with it, too (probably because the pretzel is a little dry).

We also decided to pick up a new sweet treat, the Caramel Brownie, for $5.29. It’s a standard brownie base on the bottom, but it’s got caramel on top. This is a fairly dense brownie, and although it was a touch dry, it was still very tasty. It was more of a cake brownie vs. a fudgey brownie, and well, we prefer the latter. But this one is still a solid choice.

The caramel on top is sticky and creamy, but it doesn’t get stuck in your teeth. It’s got a nice consistency, and it adds a nice light caramel flavor to the dessert. We would eat this again, but we don’t think we’d travel all the way to Old Key West Resort for it.
