It’s almost the Fourth of July, and that means special dishes are hitting the menus at Disney World.
Two restaurants at Disney Springs are adding limited-time offerings, and after reading what’s on the menu, you might want to book a reservation!
Over at Paddlefish, you can grab the All-American Boil for $45.
It’s made with Key West shrimp, Florida littlenecks, Andouille sausage, cornbread, sweet corn, and red potatoes. They recommend pairing it with the Tempranillo Paso a Paso for $14 for the whole experience.
At Terralina Crafted Italian, they’re adding a Calabrian Pepper Pimento Burger for $25.
This burger is topped with pancetta bacon and scamorza cheese, served with salt and vinegar potato wedges. You can pair it with the Firework Fizz, a sparkling blend of rum, gin, triple sec, sweet and sour, cranberry juice, and Prosecco, for $16.50. They’re even offering Dirt Pudding for $14!
Disney Springs is also hosting the Flavors of Florida festival, where tons of restaurants throughout the shopping district are showcasing recipes featuring Florida ingredients. The event runs from June 27th to August 10th, featuring over 90 menu items.
Paddlefish is adding a Florida Gulf Shrimp to their menu, served with a crispy rice cake and green chili sauce. They’re also introducing an Orange Paradise drink, made with Wicked Dolphin Vanilla Bean Rum shaken with orange juice.
Terralina is adding three different items, including a Pizza alla Vodka topped with locally sourced burrata from Dicuru Mozzarella, locally farmed basil from Orlando, and vodka sauce.
They also offer Florida Shrimp and Grits, featuring Florida-source cheddar grits made in Jacksonville by Congaree & Penn, and topped with a Cajun beer reduction made with local Crooked Can Brewing Company beer.
You can also grab the Terralina Sunburst, which is a frozen cocktail served in a souvenir cup. When we tried it, it was full of bright citrus flavors and felt like a perfect representation of Florida.
