Disney has given us our FIRST LOOK at this year’s Halloween Half Marathon medals!

runDisney is making a final turn into a busy season ahead! We’ve got so much to look forward to with Wine and Dine races and themed virtual races you can run from home. But the frightful fun doesn’t stop there! Disney Villain-themed races are returning to Disneyland for the second year in a row, and we’ve got a peek at the medals that will have you up and on your feet!

A popular runDisney event is set to return this Fall, and with it will come spook-tacular racing medals. Disneyland will once again host the Halloween Half Marathon Weekend coming later this year, and we’ve got our first look at the exclusive medals you could score for each race. This year’s race weekend will take place between September 4th through the 7th, and we’re ready for miles of mischievous fun.

Running each race will earn you your own themed medal for a particular Disney Villain, and this year’s designs are wicked! Let’s take a look at each of them a little closer. This year’s 5K belongs to Ursula, the sea witch, and her no-good sidekicks Flotsam and Jetsam…

…while the 10K medal’s design has gone to the dogs, err, Cruella de Vil rather. Finishing this race may have you seeing spots by the end!

Then there’s the half-marathon medal marked by the mistress of evil herself, Maleficent.

Hades, Pain, and Panic are around to lend another devilish delight in the form of a challenge medal for 19.3 total miles…

…and you can catch Captain Hook on the front design of the Kids Races medal!

All in all, it’s shaping up to be quite the scream of a weekend if you’re attending, and we can’t wait to get a look at even more swag we can score while the races are happening!
