This one starts with Gideon’s classic vanilla bean chocolate chip dough, mixed with homemade salted caramel and coconut cream.

Back by popular demand! This flavor only showed up for one day last year, and fans have been asking for it ever since.

It’s loaded with cookies & cream flavor, infused with mint, and topped with pieces of Andes Mint. Fresh and sweet? Sounds good enough to eat!

WEEK THREE: Maple Walnut Chocolate Chip

This cookie mixes chocolate chip dough with rich maple syrup and crunchy candied walnuts.

It’s finished with a sprinkle of Cinnamon Nutmeg Sugar for extra warmth and flavor. Yes please!

WEEK FOUR: White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut

The last cookie of the month brings a burst of sweet, gooey goodness.

Salted caramel is baked right in—and sometimes even oozes out!—with white chocolate and a buttery macadamia nut crumble on top. We can’t wait for this one!

Each cookie is only available for one week at both Gideon’s locations, with a limit of two per person, so you’ll want to get there early if you don’t want to miss out.
