You’ve seen Mickey Ears, but have you seen this popular piece of Disney merchandise yet?

It’s Pooh!
If you’re a fan of Mickey Ears, you’re going to love the character headbands! They’re headbands that you can place your favorite character, or multiple of your favorite characters, on top of. We sure love them, and we have great news for you, Disney fans — they’re now available online! There are a total of 21 characters to choose from online, and we’ve listed a few here that you need to see.
First, you need the Headband
Of course, you’ll need the Disney Headband first! This is what you’ll put your characters on — simply strap your favorite Disney plushes on the headband, and show them off. The Disney plush characters have velcro straps, making it easy to take them on and off. The headband can hold up to around seven characters!

and yet i still have to track down my own muppet plushes and then decapitate them to make the ears i’d actually want…. *sigh*
I’ve been trying for two or three years to make my own ears. I have the material but I can’t get the pattern correct. I want some to go on my sun hat (beige/camo) but even if I get the pattern right, I can’t get the material to cover it correctly. Now I’m thinking I’m going to have to just find some Disney backpack character and cannibalize them and use velcro to make some.
