They’re BACK! Who’s ready for new music, new characters, and new mischief? Disney just announced a FIFTH Descendants movie coming to Disney Channel and Disney+.

The new movie, Descendants: Wicked Wonderland, is in production now and is set to release in 2026. Here’s what we know about the cast!

Disney confirmed that four major characters from the world of Descendants will return in the newest installment of the series. Get ready, Disney fans — Brandy and Rita Ora will reprise their roles of Cinderella and the Queen of Hearts in Descendants: Wicked Wonderland. Additionally, Paolo Montalban is back as King Charming, along with Melanie Paxson as Fairy Godmother — Paxson has appeared in EVERY Descendants film.

But that’s not all! Disney shared even MORE news about the characters who will appear in the new movie. The full cast includes:

• Kylie Cantrall as the Queen of Hearts’ daughter Red
• Malia Baker as Cinderella’s daughter Chloe
• Liamani Segura as Red’s sister Pink
• Brendon Tremblay as Maddox Hatter’s son Max
• Alexandro Byrd as Luisa Madrigal’s son Luis
• Kiara Romero as Captain Hook’s daughter Hazel Hook
• Joel Oulette as Robin Hood’s son Robbie
• Zavien Garret as Dr. Facilier’s son Felix
• Ryan McEwen and Dayton Paradis as the Smee Twins, Squirmy and Squeaky
• Leonardo Nam as the Mad Hatter’s son Maddox
• Melanie Paxson as Fairy Godmother
• Paolo Montalban as King Charming
• Brandy as Cinderella
• Rita Ora as the Queen of Hearts

The movie will be set primarily in present-day Wonderland and picks up after the warning at the end of the previous movie: there are consequences when you alter the fabric of time. So, what does “happily ever after” really mean for Red and Chloe following their time-traveling adventures? We can’t wait to find out!

We still don’t have a premiere date for the new film yet, but we know it’s expected to debut in 2026. If you’re looking for more Descendants in the meantime, you can catch Descendants: The Rise of Red, and the first three Descendants films, AND the animated spinoff series Descendants: Wicked World, on Disney+ now.
