Disneyland Paris just announced a ton of new information and updates for their biggest transformation yet!

Since opening 33 years ago, Disneyland Paris has seen lots of changes and new experiences. Now, we are in the midst of their largest transformation to date, as we wait in anticipation for their brand-new Disney Adventure World to come to life! If you’ve been following along with the construction, you’re in for a treat. Disney just announced a BIG update about its resorts.

Disneyland Paris has celebrated some huge milestones lately. Since 2018 alone, they’ve reimagined their Disney Village and opened the Avengers Campus! Soon, in 2026, we will finally see the opening of Disney Adventure World — the reimagining of Paris’s second Disney Park! This park will feature so many fun and unique new experiences, including a new Lion King ride and the World of Frozen.

Part of the fun of going on a Disney vacation is staying in a beautiful Disney Resort hotel. Disney just has a way of making each of its hotels feel unique and magical in its own way. From themes of Pixar, adventure, camping, Hawaii, and so much more — each hotel stay is a completely different experience! In the last four years, Disneyland Paris has completely transformed the Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel and Disneyland Hotel in stunning ways! Now we have information on what the next hotel refurbishment project will be.

Disneyland Paris just announced that Disney Sequoia Lodge will be next to undergo a big transformation. Disney stated that after the work they put into the other two hotels, it was time to give the iconic Sequoia Lodge a makeover. Disney will be enhancing the experience at this resort while still preserving its wooden décor and warm atmosphere. All over the resort, rooms and spaces will be completely reimagined — giving the resort a new modern touch.

The resort’s brand-new design will display the wonders of nature, and its theming will feature some of our favorite Disney forest friends — like Bambi! Work on the hotel will begin in 2026, and it will happen in phases. Don’t worry, though; if you are planning a Disneyland Paris vacation, the hotel will remain open during construction!

That’s not the only change happening at Disneyland Paris when it comes to resorts. The process of replacing the bungalows at Disney Davy Crockett Ranch is still underway. The new interior spaces are inspired by the adventures of your favorite Disney ducks — such as Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, and the Junior Woodchucks.

We won’t have to wait too long to book, as June 12th will be the first day you can start booking the first set of new bungalows. Any reservations made will be for stays beginning after the summer of 2025.
