This chocolate iced donut with chocolate chips, a drizzle of mint icing, and a whole Thin Mint cookie will make you wish all Girl Scout cookies came with matching donuts.
We’ve tried this donut in the past and loved the balance of mint and chocolate. While it is mint-forward, it doesn’t overpower the chocolate, making this a great treat for Thin Mint lovers.
