REVIEW: Move Over Sleepy Hollow, These NEW Mickey Waffles Are STUFFED With Nutella!

Disneyland Resort has been debuting A LOT of new treats! From a Peanut Butter Flavored Mickey Waffe Treat to a Snack-sized Mardi Gras Monte Cristo, we have been eating well recently.

Plus, the Lunar New Year celebration is currently happening at Disney California Adventure through February 16th, and you can grab LOTS of yummy food and drinks. But, there is even more new food, and today we are stopping by Schmoozies! in Disney California Adventure.

There are some NEW Mickey waffles in town, and you know we had to stop by to try them out! We are headed over to Schmoozies! in Hollywood Land in Disney California Adventure Park to give them a taste.

Hazelnut Mickey-Shaped Waffles are now available, and you can grab them for $10.99. The waffles are filled with chocolate hazelnut spread and served with powdered sugar and syrup.

They didn’t have any syrup when we ordered. However, we think the waffles would have been too sweet with both the syrup and chocolate hazelnut filling. So maybe it was a blessing in disguise, but hopefully, they will have syrup again soon!

The waffles are served fresh and warm, and we loved the amount of powdered sugar on top. The waffles themselves taste like other Mickey-shaped waffles. They are sweet and buttery, and ours had the perfect crunch on the outside while being fluffy on the inside.

However, these waffles have the addition of chocolate hazelnut filling. The filling is rich and chocolatey, with a light hazelnut flavor. While it isn’t called Nutella, these are pretty much waffles stuffed with Nutella.

We thought these waffles were very sweet and rich, and we would recommend splitting them unless you are really hungry or really love Nutella. We think these waffles are super tasty and a great choice if you are looking for some chocolatey Nutella goodness stuffed inside of Mickey waffles.
