With the heat comes an issue that you may not be used to experiencing. However, we are here to help you prepare for a common problem during a hot day at Disney World.

It is super important that you prepare well for a day at Disney World in the summer. Make sure you are staying hydrated, taking breaks, wearing sunscreen, and eating meals regularly. The heat can get to you quickly, but it can also affect your phone. It may not be something you are used to dealing with, but we are in the parks every day and we find that our phones overheat quite often during the summer.

And while you are at Disney World, you will likely be on your phone a fair amount. Whether it be checking wait times, booking your next Genie+ selection, or just taking photos, you will rely on your phone to do a lot. The last thing you want is for your phone to overheat while you are in the parks. During the summer, it is even more likely to happen, so we are here with a solution!

We have been using this phone cooling fan while we are in the parks, and so far, we have been impressed! The cooling fan is a great size, and it is very lightweight. It’s just a bit bulkier than a mag charger and it can clip onto almost any phone.

You will want a cooling fan for your phone in the summer!

You won’t have to worry about stopping what you are doing to head inside or using the ice-cold water bottle trick to try and cool your phone down. You will need to plug the fan into a power source (we recommend using a portable battery pack) which could cause an additional inconvenience and will require you to carry one around with you. However, we think this fan will be very helpful during the summer months so we know we will be able to use our phone when we need it!
