A New BONUS Cookie Is Now at Gideon's Bakehouse in Disney World, and It Won't Come Back in 2024!

There’s a NEW limited-edition cookie at the popular Disney Springs bakery, and it’s the first ever of its kind to be offered at Gideon’s! If you’re a coffee lover, you’ve GOT to check this out.

Gideon’s Bakehouse took to Instagram to announce the first-ever Gideon’s cookie to feature coffee as an ingredient. It’s the Mourning Joe’s Coffee Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookie!

This cookie is almost a half pound (like all of the cookies at Gideon’s) and is both filled and topped with freshly ground decaf beans from Lineage Coffee Roasting. There are also chunks of toffee and chocolate in the vanilla bean cookie. It’s topped with a sprinkling of sea salt.

You can get this limited-edition cookie at both the East End Market and Disney Springs locations now through Saturday, June 15th. Proceeds from the cookie are going to support the folks at Seacrest Wolf Preserve.

You’ll want to hurry and get the cookie while you can — Gideon’s said that it’s not likely to return again in 2024! Gideon’s Bakehouse is a SUPER popular treat spot, so if you visit in the afternoon or evening, you can expect to join a virtual waitlist and be called back a few hours later in order to go inside. You’ll need to stop by the bakehouse in order to join that waitlist.

Right now, Gideon’s also has a couple of other limited-time treats for the month of June. The tasty Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie is back for the month, which is made with Biscoff Cookie Butter and packed with Butterscotch Chips and crushed Biscoff Cookies.

You can also get the Cookie Butter Buttercream Cake every Saturday and Wednesday at both Gideon’s locations through June. And don’t forget to pick up a Cookie Butter Butterscotch Nitro Cold Brew, which is only available at the Disney Springs location.

Some of the limited-time merchandise that’s currently available both online and in the stores includes a Butterscotch Signed Print, a Butterscotch t-shirt, a Butterscotch Sticker, and a Butterscotch candle.

June is Pride Month, so Gideon’s is offering a couple of new Pride items as well, including a Winged “G” Pride t-shirt, a sticker, and a limited-edition pin.
