Yes, we know it’s months away, but it’s never too early to get excited for Halloween!

Mickey’s Trick and Treat at Oogie Boogie Bash

Oogie Boogie Bash is a wildly popular Halloween event in Disney California Adventure. It includes immersive treat trails, the Frightfully Fun Parade, the Mickey’s Trick-Or-Treat show, Villains Grove, special character experiences, and more. And now, we’ve got a huge update about this year’s party!

Disney has announced the dates for the 2024 Oogie Boogie Bash! This year, Disney confirmed that there will be more party nights than ever before. That’s right — there are 27 nights to choose from this year!

It’s the Oogie Boogie man!

The event is hosted by none other than Oogie Boogie from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas, and he’s accompanied by several other beloved Disney villains. During the party, you can dress up in a costume and experience party-exclusive entertainment along with access to Disney attractions, exclusive treats, photo-ops, and other activities.

The 2024 dates are:

• Sunday, August 25th
• Tuesday, August 27th
• Thursday, August 29th
• Tuesday, September 3rd
• Tuesday, September 10th
• Thursday, September 12th
• Sunday, September 15th

• Sunday, September 22nd

• Sunday, September 29th

In 2023, Oogie Boogie Bash was held on select nights between September 5th and October 31st, so this year, we’ve got an extra MONTH of choices in late August! Disney hasn’t announced when tickets will go on sale quite yet, but we’ll be sure to share ALL the details when they are revealed.

Treat Trail Entrance at Oogie Boogie Bash

Last year, Magic Key Holders could buy tickets through a pre-sale on June 28th. Tickets sold out quickly, so be prepared for them to sell out again this year. Tickets later became available to the general public on June 29th, but after technical issues, ticket sales were paused. Later, Disney announced that ticket sales would resume on July 11th. They sold out quickly. Like we said, Disney hasn’t released the dates that tickets will go on sale this year, but we have a feeling it could be around the same time as last year.

Tickets for Oogie Boogie Bash tend to sell out quickly, so you’ll want to make your plans and mark your calendars now to be ready!
