Can you believe it? Disney Cruise Line‘s newest ship, the Disney Treasure, will be setting sail later this year!
We can’t wait to cruise later this year and see all that this ship has to offer, and if you’re feeling the same, you may be wondering if the treasure will sail to Disney’s newest island destination. Here’s what you need to know!
As we said, all our thoughts are on how fun it will be to sail the ocean blue aboard the brand-new Disney Treasure later this year, however, that’s not the only new thing when it comes to the Disney Cruise Line. They’ve also got a new island destination, Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, which is set to open this summer. So, you may be wondering, will the Disney Treasure be making a stop at this new destination? Let’s find out!
Let’s just go ahead and rip that band-aid right off and say that the Treasure will NOT be stopping at Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. As to where it will be going, its Maiden Voyage will be a seven-night Eastern Caribbean cruise from Port Canaveral, Florida, leaving on December 21, 2024. This voyage will be followed by an “inaugural season” offering seven-night sailings to the Eastern and Western Caribbean from Port Canaveral.
But let’s go back to finding out which ships will visit Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. The Disney Magic, Disney Dream, and Disney Fantasy cruise ships will all offer sailings to Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point starting in the summer of 2024.
