Gideon’s Bakehouse is a one-of-a-kind bakery in Disney Springs, and we’re big fans. So when they tell us that they have created all-new specialty treats, we are ALL over it! That is exactly what is happening this weekend, so let’s find out what’s baking!
For a very limited time, Gideon’s Bakehouse is offering a new limited-edition cookie! Only available on April 27th and 28th, you can grab stuffed sugar cookies. That’s right — STUFFED.

This weekend, the stuffed sugar cookies are only available in one variety — Chocolate Sugar Cookies stuffed with Peanut Butter Buttercream. Based on the Instagram post the bakehouse shared, it sounds like these delicious cookies are not so easy to make, so they’ll only be around for a limited time. Perhaps, other flavors will be popping up!

The cookies are only available while supplies last (East Side Market is already SOLD OUT), and you can purchase two per person. They seem to be still available in Disney Springs, so hurry over to grab some now! But just a heads up, those super cool Gideon’s Bakehouse parasols are officially sold out in Disney Springs until they get more in (likely in a couple of months).
