OH NO… it’s happened again!

Art of Animation
Listen, we’ve seen some wild and weird things around Disney World that can make you curious and question everything you know, while some can be downright stomach-churning. However, the latest way we found this Disney character may be NSFW (not safe for work!)
Visiting the Disney World hotels and taking in all the sights and sounds you can find surrounding you is one of our favorite things to do. But, every once in a while, we notice some things that are a little… well, off.

Mater!
While visiting Disney’s Art of Animation Resort recently we stumbled upon a peculiar sight that we just couldn’t help but stop to assess. It appears that one of the Cars in the Ornament Valley section of the hotel has gone rogue and is for lack of better terms… naked!

You ok?
That’s right! Doc Hudson or rather “The Hudson Hornet” is still on site along with the rest of the Cars crew you can stop by and take photos within this section of the hotel, however, he’s not quite photo-ready right now. Doc’s been shaved down to his plexiglass interior but you can still make out the shell of his features just minus all the glossy details.

What’s up, Doc?
This is most likely due to a refurbishment within this section so it seems he’s just overdue for a fresh paint job! However, it does make for a bit of a jarring sight when you pass by him and can cause quite a stir if you weren’t prepared to see him so exposed. Here’s a look at Doc once he’s shiny and new again!

Lookin’ good, Doc!
There’s been quite a bit of work going on over the past few weeks to refurbish and repaint parts of this section so we guess it shouldn’t surprise us as much as it did.

Refurbishments
Oh well… it still makes for a fun story about how you can see a Disney character streaking at Disney World right now!
