We’re bringing you all there is to see, experience, and do around the park during Star Wars Nite at Disneyland Resort!
You’ll likely be riding a lot of rides, participating in lightsaber training, and overall working up a big appetite. Take that time to grab some of the exclusive eats at the event! But which are worth your money? Don’t worry, we tried them all out and are here to tell you!
Our first stop was The Tropical Hideaway for the Pineapple and Ube Crescent Sundae! This one is DOLE Whip, popping moss, and a chocolate drizzle.
The ube flavor is definitely present but not as overbearing as we were expecting. The chocolate croissant is tough to cut through but filling — which makes this a solid snack. The popping moss is pop rocks which don’t provide much flavor but are fun to eat.
Overall, the prominent flavors are the regular pineapple dole whip and the ube. It’s a fun little snack that didn’t blow us away, but it’s worth trying if you like ube. The DOLE Whip is still the star so if you like DOLE Whip you’ll be satisfied!

Over at Hungry Bear Restaurant, you can also snag the Lah’mu Elote Burger for $15.99. This is made with a ⅓ lb Angus chuck patty, roasted sweet corn, poblano peppers, queso fresco, chile lime sauce, and avocado smash.
Avocado burgers are pretty popular in California and this one is tasty! But — it’s SPICY so keep that in mind. The avocado was fresh and the meat was tender, juicy, and seasoned well. The corn adds a nice crunch here, and despite all the spice the flavors come together really well.
Our third stop was Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor for the delicious-sounding Galactic Princess Sundae. This is brown-sugar cinnamon ice cream topped with marshmallow creme, caramel sauce, streusel, and cinnamon rolls.
We LOVED this sundae! The brown sugar ice cream was sweet and cinnamony. The marshmallow creme adds a sweet flavor almost like the frosting on a cinnamon roll. The caramel sauce went perfectly with the cinnamon flavor and the streusel didn’t add much flavor but added a nice crunch. The cinnamon rolls were like store-bought pastry ones, still tasty but could have been a little fresher.

And we couldn’t pass up the Mos Eisley Spaceport Cookies either! We got three freshly baked chocolate chip cookies with corn cereal and whipped topping. How can you go wrong with cookies?! They were fresh and soft and had a great ratio of chocolate chips to cookies. The whipped topping wasn’t too sweet, which we appreciated, and the corn cereal dust added a nutty saltiness that made this more than just cookies.
